HOUSTON – BoyarMiller announces that Tiffany Melchers, an experienced real estate and corporate attorney, has joined the firm as a Shareholder.
Melchers was previously head of the corporate and real estate transactions practice group in Houston at Cokinos Young. Licensed to practice in five states, Melchers represents clients in all facets of the real estate industry including large-scale commercial and industrial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, office and retail leasing, industrial leasing, land development, and other sophisticated real estate legal matters.

In addition to her real estate and corporate practice, Melchers has experience in oil and gas and wireless communications matters and previously served as Associate General Counsel at University of Houston.

Melchers is licensed in Texas, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Nebraska and earned her JD from the University Of South Carolina School of Law.
She is active with First Presbyterian Church Houston, where she has served as an elder, and is a board member on the board of trustees for Presbyterian School Houston.
