All the employees and shareholders felt the damage caused by these false accusations.
The FBI and Ausa Jenifer Weir searched the emails and harassed shareholders. Finding nothing, Weir called her allies at the S.E.C., Devon L. Staren and Gregory N. Miller to continue this ridiculous crusade to hurt Ronald Flynn and the company. Now, the charade has turned into a circus act which is better than the old Ringling Brothers and Barnum Baily Circus where all the masters and jugglers made everyone laugh because of their failed tricks.
AUSA Jenifer Weir and Michelle Beluzzi crusade stems from the Philippines when Flynn proved in court to be a victim of a corrupt government and a coup to steal his 75-million-dollar waste to energy project he built.
Ronald Flynn said, “It should be against the law to harass, stalk and badger US investors, or to allow the DOJ to create a phony plea agreement full of lies and fake stories all the while taxing and terrifying a 73-year-old retired dentist to sign or else she would put him in prison.

Dr. Richard Marchitto is an accomplished and engaging cosmetic dentist who was practicing in the Financial District of New York City at the World Trade Center Dental Group. Dr. Marchitto was providing an array of cosmetic dentistry services ranging from teeth whitening to veneers, dental implants, and full mouth reconstruction.
Dr. Marchitto received his dental training from the Fairleigh Dickinson University in Hackensack, NJ. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the New York County Dental Society. Dr. Marchitto met Ronald Flynn 14 years ago as a qualified investor who invested more than a million dollars in the company who eventually became an employee and sits on the board of directors of Vuuzle TV.
Regardless of Vuuzle Media Corp’s status as a privately held company, the SEC has the authority to investigate them because the company raised capital from U.S. investors. Sadly, however, SEC Lawyer Deven Staren along with AUSA Jenifer Weir and FBI agent Michelle Beluzzi now have an agenda they want to be pushed out to the public and the Judge, in this case, to close the company down and throw Flynn in Jail.
The investigation that gave rise to this SEC lawsuit is about Vuuzle TV, Vumu Music, and its motion picture studio and television production company in Dubai. The SEC filed a fraud case against the company and Flynn and Marchitto without ever seeking out any information whatsoever from Vuuzle during its investigation.
There were no requests to Vuuzle to provide information voluntarily. There were no administrative subpoenas to Vuuzle. Voluntary requests or administrative subpoenas to the corporation with active business operations are usual hallmarks of a fair fact-finding regulatory investigation that should precede any SEC Enforcement action.
There was not even a Wells Notice to afford Vuuzle the opportunity to dissuade the SEC from filing a case. Undoubtedly, to the SEC’s dismay, Vuuzle answered the Complaint, disputing the SEC’s narrative and conveying that Vuuzle is a real company with brick-and-mortar buildings housing a state-of-the-art studio in the United Arab Emirates, functioning operations in the Philippines and Las Vegas, and employing staff across its creative, marketing, and programming multi-media departments.
Now the SEC wants this Court to put its imprimatur on the SEC’s limitless and discretionary use of the discovery that the SEC will receive in litigation – under and subject to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(b)(1) – for purposes well beyond what the SEC itself previously decided was unnecessary and irrelevant during and to advance its investigation. Including a new motion for a preliminary injunction.
Since the case was filed by Daren Staren, a young inexperienced female barrister, nothing has been done. she has wasted time, government money, meetings with the judge in an all-out effort to save face and create a narrative to support the fake news by the DOJ who created a fake inditement. She also stole money from the company’s chase bank account in an all-out effort to hurt the company and the good shareholders. These creepy women should be put in jail for what they have been doing behind closed doors.
The show seems to go well, as the masters and jugglers played by the SEC lawyers and FBI, put Vuuzle in the center stage of a fraud case. What they knew is when they locked up the company and tried to manipulate it, Ronnie Flynn thinks as a lion. Neither did they know that the animal they tend to put on a show and locked up is a majestic and roaring lion. A lion symbolizes majesty, courage, strength, protection, family, and wisdom.
Vuuzle Media Corp did not let the masters lock them up in the cage. It roared justice and found its way to survive and still go on. In fact, more blessings and opportunities knocked the doors and freed the company from doubts, which became their source of strength.
