Investors Bancorp, Inc. announced that stockholders of the Company approved the planned merger with Citizens Financial Group, Inc at a special meeting of the Company’s stockholders held earlier today. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2022, subject to the receipt of required regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
